STREET SERIES DBA’s Street Series direct replacement rotors are ideal for drivers seeking OE level braking or entry level performance braking. As one of the most safety critical components in any vehicle, DBA manufactures above OEM standards as our minimum requirement. DBA’s Street Series improves on traditional OE rotors with DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation* for improved heat reduction and EnShield Protection* for rust free rotors, available with either an OE style CBN machine finish, X Gold cross drilled (X)* or DBA’s patented T2 bi-directional (S) slot design. DBA’s Street Series rotors feature: DBA recommends the street series for daily drivers, light commercial and street SUV applications. *Not available on all part numbers. Please confirm with your distributor. Direct Replacement DBA’s Street Series Direct Replacement rotors are the perfect option for users looking for a direct OE replacement disc rotor that is built using the highest quality manufacturing processes and proven safety, thanks to DBA’s over 40 years’ experience in brake rotors. DBA utilises a CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) machine turned finish on the friction surface for improved DTV (Disc Thickness Variation) and parallelism. This provides a more dimensionally precise and stable surface finish when compared to ‘ground’ finished rotors. DBA gives you 100% confidence in fitment every time, not a cheap inferior alternative! Street Series direct replacement rotors do not have a suffix in Street Series part numbers.

4000 SERIES
DBA’s 4000 Series disc brake rotors are a direct replacement single-piece brake rotor, designed for drivers seeking upgraded performance braking above and beyond standard OE levels. Cast from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron and undergoing Thermal Stability Profiling (TSP), DBA’s metallurgy is able to handle the increased stress and heat generated under intense braking applications, time and time again. Featuring DBA’s patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation that implements a series of 144 diamond and teardrop patterned pillars, DBA achieves up to a 30% increase in surface area and 20% improvement in cooling efficiency (as compared to a traditional straight vane design). DBA’s 4000 Series rotors feature: • XG-150 High Carbon Alloyed Iron

5000 SERIES
Sharing all the benefits of the 4000 Series, DBA’s 5000 Series rotors are a composite 2 piece direct replacement brake rotor. DBA uses only the highest quality materials to ensure optimal performance under the most strenuous circumstances, combining high carbon cast-iron rings with aerospace grade aluminium hats (T6061-T6), held together with National Aerospace Standards (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts. The 5000 Series share all of the performance technology featured in the 4000 Series, with the added benefits of further weight reduction and improved heat management via aluminium hats. The use of aerospace grade aluminium hats reduces the unsprung weight of the brake rotors, while allowing for uniform radial disc expansion through the cast iron rings, and reduced heat transfer from disc to hub via the aluminium hats. DBA offers both complete assemblies for first time replacement (hats and flat discs bolted together) along with replacement hats and flat disc rotors (rings).

STREET PERFORMANCE (SP)
DBA’s Street Performance (SP) brake pads have been designed for drivers seeking improved braking performance over traditional O.E. brake pads. DBA Street Performance is the next step up for all vehicles, developed to provide an effective friction response to pedal application and offer low wear and dust minimisation. The SP range is recommended for street performance vehicles, 4WD’s and SUV’s and light commercial/trade vehicles. DBA Street Performance part numbers are denoted by the suffix (SP).

EXTREME PERFORMANCE (SP)
DBA’s Xtreme Performance brake pads have been designed for drivers seeking high initial bite and friction consistency from low to high temperatures. The XP range is for heavy duty applications, where higher friction levels are required, in order to safely brake under extreme conditions. The XP range is ideal for performance driving, track days, 4WD’s towing heavy loads including high GVM and armoured vehicles. DBA Street Performance part numbers are denoted by the suffix (XP).
